Ross oversees the delivery of cutting-edge subsea inspection and intervention services at HPR for clients across offshore wind, oil and gas, and power sectors.
With over a decade of experience in the subsea industry, Ross brings hands-on knowledge, operational discipline, and client-first thinking to HPR’s growing team.
Ross previously worked at HPR from 2012 to 2020, playing a formative role in the company’s early development. He returns after a successful period at Film-Ocean, where he led major offshore campaigns and deepened his expertise in remote operations and project delivery.
As HPR scales its operations and supports major projects such as the Dogger Bank wind farm, Ross is focused on ensuring the company’s services remain agile, efficient, and technologically ahead of the curve.
His leadership is central to maintaining HPR’s reputation for excellence while helping to deliver safer, faster, and lower-cost solutions to the global energy market.
