A global tech leader with deep roots in the North-east of Scotland, Innes brings more than two decades of experience scaling high-growth digital businesses.

Prior to joining rahd.AI, Innes spent 24 years with Avanade — the joint venture between Microsoft and Accenture — where he helped grow the company from startup to a 60,000-strong global workforce. During that time, he held senior leadership roles in operations, delivery and client services, gaining extensive experience in building enterprise platforms and scaling them across multiple industries and markets.

At rahd.AI, Innes is leading the scale-up of operations in Aberdeen, expanding the company’s development and delivery teams to meet fast-growing demand. With a $200 billion global market opportunity in front of them, his focus is on building the systems, talent and partnerships needed to help the business grow rapidly and responsibly — while delivering game-changing savings for governments, operators and taxpayers.

Innes is passionate about making Aberdeen a global hub for AI-led industrial solutions. His ambition for rahd.AI is clear: to become the ‘Skyscanner of decommissioning’ — the default platform for planning and executing complex infrastructure retirements worldwide. By anchoring world-class tech jobs in the region, he is helping ensure that the North-east remains a powerhouse in the net zero transition.
