### Based in Perth, Australia, Jake leads a team of engineers, data scientists, and energy specialists focused on reducing the cost, complexity, and carbon footprint of late-life asset management.

Jake brings a rare blend of commercial leadership and technical insight to his role, with a career spanning senior positions in both energy and tech.

He joined rahd.AI to accelerate its mission of applying predictive intelligence to one of the most pressing — and expensive — challenges in the energy transition: how to safely and affordably retire ageing infrastructure.

Under Jake’s leadership, rahd.AI has expanded its product offering and entered new markets, including the North Sea, where its AI models are helping operators streamline decommissioning plans and make more informed investment decisions.

He is focused on building scalable, trusted technology that integrates seamlessly into the workflows of global energy companies.
