At Ventex, Eddie works closely with founders to unlock global growth opportunities, helping companies scale beyond the UK and into new geographies. His role includes supporting international market entry, building sustainable export strategies, and ensuring the businesses Ventex backs have the commercial foundation to thrive at scale. He collaborates with fellow partners and portfolio CFOs to align expansion with long-term value creation.

Eddie previously played a pivotal role in the growth of Motive Offshore Group, helping the business scale from £5million to £30million in revenue. During his time there, he led international expansion efforts — launching operations across the UK, Norway, the UAE, and Taiwan, where he established Motive’s first dedicated renewables hub. His track record in taking high-potential firms into new markets is now being applied to Ventex’s clean tech and energy transition ventures.

Eddie is passionate about the role of UK supply chain companies in driving the global transition to net zero.
